Producing award winning brandies from Colombard and Chenin Blanc grape varieties. Believing in “Excellence in Maturation” much care is afforded to maintain optimum maturation conditions in the cellar. A heady aroma of ripe pears, almonds and chocolate, followed by subtle hints of citrus and potpourri.
