Matured in Bourbon cask this is a interesting departure from the commonly sherried style of other bottlings. A delicate and quite fruity nose, that has apricot, orange, syrup and a hint of tobacco. The palate has apricot, apple and spice. The finish is spicy with bitter apricot to end.
