The barrels used are sourced from Australian winemakers and, with minimal intervention, are filled to retain the flavour, texture and essence of Australian red wine. The result is a truly unique Single Malt Whisky that reflects the place it is made. Nose: Bright aromatics of red berries and orchard fruits with soft oak spice. Palate: A medium body; vanilla and complex berry fruit characters balanced with caramel and spice. Finish: Long, drying and slightly tannic, balancing the spirit.
