From independent bottler, Wemyss Malts comes this 28 year old Bunnahabhain, entitled Islay Porridge. Distilled in 1990 and bottled at 46. 2% ABV the whisky has been aged in American Oak hogsheads with a decent amount of the cask shining through resulting in a porridge of almonds, coconut and rock salt and smooth, sweet creaminess derived from the hogshead.
