Our 3 Year Old Arkansas Straight Bourbon is distilled using the same process as Rock Town’s award winning Arkansas Bourbon but is aged for 3 years in 53 gallon new charred barrels and is bottled at 92 proof. This Bourbon was distilled in mid 2011 and early 2012, mashed from Arkansas Corn, Arkansas Wheat and malted barley, fermented, distilled, aged for 3 years, bottled and packaged at the distillery in Little Rock. We’re makers not fakers. The Federal Standards of Identity for Distilled Spirits (27 CFR 5) state for a whiskey to be called “straight bourbon whiskey” it must be: Produced in the United States Made from a fermented grain mash that is at least 51% corn Aged in new, charred oak containers Distilled to not more than 160 proof (80% alcohol by volume) Stored for aging at not more than 125 proof (62. 5% alcohol by volume) Bottled at 80 proof or more (40% alcohol by volume) Aged for at least 2 years Has no added coloring, flavoring, or other spirits Technical notes 92 proof / 46% ABV
