This definitely has the distinctive Fuenteseca aroma - heavy oak with some fruity sweetness. The flavor begins with a nice fruit/caramel sweetness that is soon followed by a spiciness that is more cinnamon/nutmeg/clove than pepper. There is some real complexity here. A nice little bitterness and tannic drying at the finish.
