Nose: Sherry influences combine with ripe blackcurrant and charred oak. Rich pressed apple aromas develop alongside subtle grape fruit. Palate: Sweet toffee flavours compliment cinnamon and ginger spice. Raspberry compote comes to the fore accompanied by Demerara sugar and roasted hazel nuts. Finish: Medium and sweet with lingering toasted almonds and spice.
