Israel's first whisky distillery Milk & Honey is located in one of Tel Aviv's most up and coming neighbourhoods. No expense spared is the mantra of Milk & Honey as they procure specially selected casks for their hot climate maturation process with perfection pursued at every aspect of the production process, showcased in the whisky itself. Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky is matured in casks from Islay, soaked with smoky aromas and salted flavours, blended with ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt matured in the hot Tel Aviv sun. Nose:
