A Highland Single Malt, distilled in December 2010 and bottled in 2021. Matured in a single bourbon cask (#177) for over 10 years. Nose: Gentle smoke and earthy peat, followed by barbecued meat and sea salt. Palate: Smoky caramel, bonfire ash and sweet malt, alongside vanilla, seaweed and soot. Finish: Fantastic length - long and dry with more soot.
