Our distillery sits by the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon and overlooks the Cascade Mountains, home to the purest water sources in the world. Our spirits are produced in small batches so we can ensure a quality product. Black Fig Vodka begins as a gluten-free spirit base made from corn. Its then filtered through charcoal, and then again through lava rock. This step plays an integral role in achieving our vodkas smooth taste and long finish, as the lava rock is what holds the purity of the water. Next, we add whole, dried California figs and step back to let it sit. After four to six weeks of natural infusion, the liquid is then only lightly filtered so it retains its natural flavor profile and amber hue. Then we bottle! Thats it. No mass production. No additives. Nothing fake. Its the way spirits were meant to be produced.
