On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of clementine jam, crystallized lemon, small notes of peach in syrup associated with a subtle hint of dry apricot, small dry yellow grape, rancio/cedar as well as hints of patisserie, dry almond and a very discreet hint of dry tobacco/cigar. Good length and beautiful persistence.
