Nose: Lemon toffee sweets. Sea-sprayed mint. Honey coated salted nuts. Bergamot candles. Palate: Spun-sugar tuille biscuit filled with rich red fruits, topped with chopped mint. With water, red and pink peppercorns, yoghurt coated red fruits and strawberry and cream sweets. Finish: Long, smooth and rewarding with a dissipating exotic wood spice note.
