Fruity and Sweet Sake

I am a sake adviser, and I highly recommend Kurosawa Nigori Sake for sake beginners or those who like sweet drinks. Usually, Nigori Sake (Unfiltered Sake ) has 15-16% alcohol, and is super thick. But Kurosawa Nigori only has 8% alcohol, and is smooth, and refreshing! A fruity nose with Umami flavor pairs well with spicy foods or desserts.
