Enjoy this Rum Cask Matured Single Malt from Eden Mill, and savour the vibrant, fruity notes it has to offer. Despite being the lightest in colour of this Cask Mastery release, this whisky still has a great depth of flavour. Banana bread, demerara sugar and vanilla come through on the nose of this whisky. On the palate, you can expect caramelised pineapple, a light cereal maltiness and some oaky notes. The finish is rich coffee, subtle spice and and lingering hint of oak.
