The great Ros?s of Provence inspired Decoy Ros?. Unlike many Ros?s, made as a by-product of bleeding off juice from red wine fermentations, the grapes for this wine were harvested explicitly at lower Brix to make a dry Ros?. It was fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve further the wine's beautiful aromatics, pure fruit flavours and crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Crisp and generous, the Syrah and Pinot Noir Ros? wine blend is full-bodied with dark cherry, ripe strawberry, baking spice and delicate herb flavours on the palate. A serious Ros? looking for food. Enjoy it with chicken, pork side ribs or salmon steaks.
