Considered one of the "first growths" of Napa Valley, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars produces renowned Cabernet Sauvignon from its historic Stags Leap District estate vineyards. CASK 23 combines the signature perfume notes of FAY vineyard with the structure and dark fruit of S. L. V. The wine opens with a rich berry medley and silky, layered aromas of dates, cocoa spice, cassis, black olive, and pomegranate. The palate is full in structure, yet balanced and persistent with a lush texture. Flavors of currant, dark cherry, and spice linger on the finish.
