Estate grown organic grapes on various hill-sides around the little village of Bergheim with a predominance of heavy soils compounded by clay and limestone.
Brilliant pale yellow colour, discreet and pleasant nose with hawthorn, white melon and guava aromas. Beautiful on the palate, round and pleasing, with a delicate body. Fine, long, with overtones of white pepper and spices. An excellent wine as aperitif or to match with mixed salads, quiches and everyday cooking.
