Ployez-Jacquemart is a family champagne house founded in 1930 by the husband and wife team of Marcel Ployez and Yvonne Jacquemart. The soul of the house, characterized by a continual search for excellence, is now representedby Laurence, the third generation of the family, who succeeds her parents, Gerard and Claude Ployez. Perpetuating the founding values of the house: Passion, Tradition and Dedication, she has committed herself to making the most of each harvest and producing great prestige wines.
On the nose, elegant, rich notes of brioche with lifted flavours of white peach, pink grapefruit pith, orange blossom, and ginger. Those aromas carry through to the palate with added racy acidity, creating a firm, saline backbone. Serve alongside a selection of Maritime oysters, your favourite seafood dishes, or more decadent fare, think foie gras.
