Cabernet franc grapes, carefully selected from the finest vineyard areas in an around Saumur, are vinified at Bouvet-Ladubay’s cellars in St-Hilaire-St Florent. Stored in the cool “Tuffeau” caves, the wine slowly develops its superb balance of flavor and aromatic bouquet. Bouvet Rosé Brut is a deeply fruited, full-bodied sparkling wine with a crisp, lively freshness and long, clean finish.
