Since 1864, Gratien & Meyer has produced fine sparkling wines in the traditional method. Quality initiatives have been maintained for over 150 years throughout the winemaking process, from harvest to aging in our limestone cellars in Saumur. This sparkling wine from France gives off intense aromas that are elegant and fine. Hints of citrus fruits, honey, and acacia resulted from the aging on the lees. This wine that could rival Champagne, delights with a refreshing and fruity palate. Wonderful as an aperitif, it may also accompany a variety of meals, particularly well matched with fish. It is also vegan and gluten-free.
