Nine botanicals and 100 pounds of cucumber are hand-peeled and placed in the tank within 48 hours of arrival to maximize their fresh, bright flavor. Use this refreshing gin in a simple cocktail with ice, soda and a garnish, or craft a complex cocktail to enhance the natural cucumber flavor. Ingredients: Cucumber, juniper berries, ginger root, orris root, orange peel, lemon peel, tangerine peel, angelica root and coriander. Filtration: Non-chill filtered to retain maximum character.
