An ideal grape for icewine, Vidal has thicker skins, allowing it to hang long into winter awaiting that cold -8?C night and high natural acidity that creates a luscious, yet structurally-balanced dessert wine. Their first ever icewine excites the palate with intense peach, apricot and candied pineapple, and finishes with a generous drizzle of honey and caramel.
