Cherries & Rainbows is an organic, natural, and biodynamic wine made with no sulfur, created in partnership between Winc's Ryan Zotovich and renowned biodynamic winemaker Robert Eden.
Vineyard Notes: Grapes are sourced from vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean Sea near Narbonne in Minervois. Grapes are harvested at peak phenolic ripeness.
Winemaking Notes: The wine is fermented with ambient yeasts and is aged in small concrete tanks. Each varietal is vinified separately and then blended towards the end of the winemaking process. The wine is bottled without the addition of sulfur.
