The resulting chardonnay has a natural acidity that shines through the refreshing finish, creating a wine that is perfect for sipping or versatile when pairing with food.
The nose reveals aromas of lemon-flesh, pomelo-peel, grapefruit, kumquats, and roasted hazelnut. The palate is abundant with flavors of lemon curd, Granny Smith apples, pineapple, fresh popcorn, toasted almonds and pumpkin seeds and hint of stone fruit.
